Words that stick.
Strategy, concepts, copy. Usually all three.
Intro
Canadian-born, Copenhagen-based copywriter. Currently putting words in ECCO’s mouth.
I write like real people talk, find the funny in the familiar and spend an arguably excessive amount of time thinking about how to say something in fewer words.

NO OCCASION NECESSARY
A very good outfit. A very unimportant appointment. For NAKED Copenhagen’s New Balance ABZORB 1890A launch, I built the copy around something Copenhagen does particularly well: dressing up for no particular reason.
Across editorial, magazine and social copy, I played on the contrast between the styling and the everyday situations you might wear it in. A suit on a parcel run. A great pair of shoes waiting for the metro. The idea was to give the fashion story a familiar point of reference, with enough humour to make you want to keep reading. We’re talking about sneakers, after all.
LONG-TERM POTENTIAL
EDITORIAL
NAKED Copenhagen asked me to write the editorial for its ASICS GEL-CUMULUS™ 16 collaboration, with a colour palette inspired by Nordic skies. I took that starting point and wrote about the things you can depend on. Silver hoops. Jeans and a nice top. Scandinavian sunsets. And a pair of trainers that earns its place in the rotation. A little cheeky and grounded in everyday life, with social and window copy to match.
GO AHEAD, GET WET
EDITORIAL
NAKED Copenhagen asked me to write the editorial for its Salomon GORE-TEX® collaboration. I led with “Go ahead, get wet”, a cheeky invitation to get outside without checking the forecast first. The idea was to give the shoe’s technical credentials some personality, with copy that felt as at home in NAKED’s world as the shoe did out in the rain.
I’ve written about shoes, food waste and software. Sometimes in-house, sometimes agency-side. I’ve written for ECCO, Too Good To Go and NAKED Copenhagen, with projects featuring Dell Technologies, Snap Business, ASICS, New Balance, Nike and Adidas.
I come up with concepts, help brands find their voice and write the words that follow. Campaigns, scripts, social, emails, product launches and the occasional impact report. Those deserve good copy too.
Currently, I’m putting words in ECCO’s mouth as Global Brand Copywriter. That means creating global campaigns, writing copy other teams can run with and helping the brand sound like itself everywhere it shows up. Before that, I was Too Good To Go’s first in-house Creative Copywriter, making food waste something people wanted to do something about.
